ALISCAPE

FAQ

Common questions about our tiles & systems

What products does ALISCAPE manufacture?+

ALISCAPE manufactures full-body porcelain tiles, large format slabs (up to 1200x1200mm / 750x1500mm), anti-slip tiles, 20mm outdoor pavers and adjustable pedestal systems for raised flooring.

Are ALISCAPE tiles suitable for outdoor use?+

Yes. Our 20mm porcelain pavers are frost-proof, low-water-absorption and can be laid directly on grass, sand, gravel or on an adjustable pedestal system for terraces, pools and rooftops.

What do the R9–R13 anti-slip ratings mean?+

The R-rating measures slip resistance on a wet inclined ramp. R9–R10 suit dry areas, R11 is for wet rooms and pool surrounds, and R12–R13 are for barefoot wet zones. ALISCAPE anti-slip tiles typically achieve R10/R11.

What is the difference between full-body and glazed tiles?+

Full-body tiles have the same color and material through their entire thickness, so chips are barely visible and edges stay consistent — ideal for heavy-traffic and outdoor use. Glazed tiles have a decorative surface layer over a different body.

Can I get samples and catalogues?+

Yes. We provide physical samples, full catalogues (PDF and print) and technical datasheets. Contact our export team with your project details and destination port.

What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?+

MOQ is typically one 20ft or 40ft container per series/color. Production lead time is generally 30–45 days after confirmation, depending on specification and volume.

Do you support OEM / ODM and custom sizes?+

Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services, custom sizes, surface finishes (matte, polished, structured, sugar-glaze) and private-label packaging for distributors and brands.

Which markets do you export to?+

We export to North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Southeast Asia, with experience meeting regional standards and documentation requirements.
